Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package. The total shipping cost will be clearly displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be extended. Customers will receive an order confirmation email once the order has been placed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information at the time of purchase, including a valid email address. The order confirmation, shipping updates, and any digital components (such as aura analysis results) are sent to the email address provided.
Aura Reveal is not responsible for any issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete email addresses. If an error is identified, the customer must contact us within 1 hour of placing the order to request a correction. After this time, order processing begins and changes may no longer be possible.
Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided by email. This tracking number can be used to monitor the delivery status via the carrier’s website. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping provider and final destination.
