Return and Refund Policy of Aura Reveal LIV Creations LLC Free Return Labels

Please note that WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURN LABELS. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping of the ordered item.

Return Window and Deductions

If the order is returned after 14 days from delivery, a deduction of half of the price will be applied to the total amount paid.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

Return Shipping Costs

We do not accept packages returned with cash on delivery service. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Initiating a Return

If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at support@aurareveal.com. Once we have confirmed your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the item(s) back. Please note that we cannot accept returned items without prior authorization.

Incorrect Delivery

If you received an incorrect item, you must notify us via email (support@aurareveal.com) within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Please note that failure to report the error within the specified timeframe will result in no offer of replacement or reshipment.

Refund Processing

Please note that initial shipping fees are non-refundable, and it is the customer's responsibility to cover return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued within seven business days upon receipt of the returned package. Please note that institutional processing times should be taken into account.

Damages and Defects

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to quickly resolve the issue. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains (including makeup), animal hair, and distinct odors (such as perfume or deodorant), and must have all original product tags attached. If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email (support@aurareveal.com). Please note that failure to report the defect within this timeframe may result in no refund.

Reshipment for Defective Items

We strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes a product may be defective, despite our best efforts to ensure its quality. In the event that a customer receives a defective product, we will gladly offer a free reshipment of the product.

If you find that your product is defective after 30 days from the delivery date, we may offer a free reshipment of the same product. However, please note that we cannot offer cash refunds for defective products beyond the initial 30-day period. To be eligible for free reshipment, you must first inform us of the defect within 30 days of the delivery date. We may ask you to provide evidence of the defect, such as photographs or videos. If the defect is confirmed, we will arrange for a free reshipment of the same product for you. Reshipment will be processed as soon as possible, but please note that it may take some time before the replacement product is delivered. Please note that if you choose to use the defective product beyond the initial 30-day period, this may affect your eligibility for free reshipment. Additionally, we cannot offer reshipment for defects caused by misuse or accidental damage.

Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable products such as food, flowers, or plants, custom-made products such as special orders or personalized items, and personal care products such as cosmetics. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the eligibility of your specific item for return, please feel free to contact us.

Exchanges

To ensure you receive the correct product as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the item you have, and once we have accepted the return, we will process a new order for the correct product. Please note that the customer will be responsible for shipping costs of €6.60 to cover exchange costs.

Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

Please note that if you request a refund without returning the product, we will not be able to process the refund. If you receive a damaged item, please provide us with a video or photo to request a replacement at no additional cost. In the event that an item is delivered but not received due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, we cannot offer a full refund because we rely on the information provided during payment. However, we may be able to provide a replacement with a secure delivery address for a handling and shipping fee of €7.70. In the event that an item is marked as delivered but the intended recipient did not receive it, we regret to inform you that a full cash refund is not possible. However, we offer you the option to resend the order to an alternative secure address, with handling and shipping fees of €7.70. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information to avoid any issues. If you are dissatisfied with the product and wish to request a return, we can offer free reshipment or store credit. If the customer is dissatisfied with the necklace, we can refund half the value of the order and allow them to keep the necklace. Half the value of the order covers the aura analysis service by a specialist and the creation of a personalized aura description. If the necklace is damaged, we can send a new necklace or refund half the value of the order.

Cancellations You may request cancellation or changes to your order details within 30 minutes of placing your order. This policy is in place to avoid any confusion or errors in our records. Please email us at support@aurareveal.com and include your order number if you have any further questions or concerns.

This includes verifying item details, quantities, and any special instructions. Please note that once your order is placed, we can only accept changes within 30 minutes due to our streamlined processing. Refused and Undeliverable Packages If a customer refuses to accept a package upon delivery, or if a package is deemed "undeliverable" or "refused by recipient" by the carrier, a fee of €35.00 will be charged to the customer.
